Ordering

To order online, click on a category of your choice from the homepage. Each category will have a list of products with the option to view that product. Click on the “view” button to find out more about the item you have chosen. On this page, you will see an option for additional swatches and front and back buttons. If you click on the swatches, the product in that color will be displayed. If you click on the front/back button, the front/back image of the product will be displayed. Choose the necessary options such as color and size and click on the “add” button with the quantity that you desire. You will be redirected to your shopping cart where you will see a summary of your purchase. You can continue shopping or proceed through our secure checkout where you will make your payment.

Order Status

When your order has been confirmed and you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you can check the status of your order by visiting “My Account” at the top navigation menu.
Shipping Options and Rates
At this time, Moda Xpress only ships domestic orders, with the exception of Canada and APO/FPO addresses. If you would like your order sent to a P.O. Box address or APO/FPO, please make sure that the billing address on the payment card matches the billing address on the account. If you would like your package sent to an address other than the billing address, Moda Xpress has the right to hold your package for up to 5 days until the cardholder is reached to authorize the transaction.
Moda Xpress does not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

FOR SHIPPING TO THE US AND US TERRITORIES:

Customers requesting priority shipping must place and have their order confirmed via email before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to have the item(s) shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day.

FOR CANADA ORDERS: Standard Live UPS rates are calculated by weight of package.

Please Note: International Orders, including Canada, ,may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.  Also, shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
Tracking Your Package

After your order has been confirmed, it will be processed by our shipping department. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you would like further detail on the status of your package, please feel free to contact us at support@modaxpressonline.com  in order to obtain your tracking ID.
