Return Policy:

Final Sales: All sales of Accesories, Sale items, Clearance items and Lingerie are final sale. These items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds. Please make sure to read and understand our return policy to ensure that you are entitled to a return.

For all other items, we will happily accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund for any item that is returned in an unused condition with all original tags still present without any signs of wear, smoke or odor. Please make sure to accompany your return with the proper RMA form.

Steps to return merchandise:
1. If you would like to return merchandise, you must notify Moda Xpress via email (support@modaxpressonline.com) no later than 7 days after receipt of the item, which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company. Please email us with your name, the item description, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your email within 24 hours and you will be provided with a “Return Form” and an RMA number (return of merchandise authorization number) with our shipping address.

2. After receiving the RMA number, you will have 7 days to ship the item. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed return form. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Mail the return package to:

Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, you will be contacted via email with the details of your exchange, store credit or refund. For refunds, please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For exchanges and store credits, once the return item is received, a store credit in the amount of the return will be added to your account and you will be notified via email so that you can choose a new item with the store credit. The store credit will automatically be applied to your next order.


Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges:

1. In the event that the item to be returned fails to meet your expectations, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once we process your return or exchange, you will be provided with a store credit or a refund in the same form as the original payment for the amount of the purchased item(s) excluding any shipping and/or handling fees.

2. In the event that Moda Xpress has shipped an item(s) that was different from your purchase on the original invoice, Moda Xpress will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like an exchange or a full refund if you would like to return the item. Subject to the following: If UPS ground or FedEx ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If Overnight, Priority, 2 day, or 3 day services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit or full refund, not the actual amount you spent.

3. Moda Xpress diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item returned does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive any refund or store credit.

4. To ensure proper processing, indicate on the return form the return code (SKU Number) for the item(s) with either "Defective" or "Wrong item shipped" as the reason. If defective, please describe the defec,t and if you would like a repacement, please indicate "Exchange" in the "Comments" section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, a store credit in the amount of the purchased item will be applied to your account.

5. Please email support@modaxpressonline.com for an RMA number and you will be provided with our shipping address.
