to leave all of our customers 100% satisfied. Therefore, if you are
unsatisfied with any items that you purchased, send it back for a complete
refund or exchange. Please remember that this return policy applies
to online purchases only made through www.modaxpressonline.com. Please
see below for details:
Return Policy:
1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase through Moda Xpress,
send back the unwanted items for a full refund excluding any shipping
and/or handling fees. We will happily refund any item that is returned
in an unused condition with all original tags still present without
any signs of wear, smoke or odor, excluding clearance items, accessories
and swimwear, due to hygienic reasons.
2. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or
even a different item, you will receive a store credit and a FREE
standard shipping on your next order. Exchanges are subject to availability,
but we will be happy to give you an online store credit towards your
next purchase in the event that the item you have requested may be
sold out or no longer available.
3. If you would like to return merchandise, you must notify Moda Xpress
via email (support@modaxpressonline.com) no later than 7
days after
receipt of the item, which is confirmed by the tracking number provided
by our shipping company. Please email us with your name, the item description,
and the reason for the return. We will respond to your email within
24 hours and you will be provided with a “Return Form” and
an RMA number (return of merchandise authorization number) with our
shipping address.
4. After receiving the RMA number, you will have 7 days to ship the
item. Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, you
will be contacted via email with the details of your exchange or refund.
For refunds, please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited
and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For exchanges, the store credit will appear in your personal online
account with Moda Xpress and will be valid for 90 days.
5. For wholesale customers, all purchases are considered final. Moda
Xpress does not offer any variety of refund or exchange for wholesale
purchases. All wholesale customers should carefully review and research
the product prior to buying. Feel free to contact Moda Xpress at support@modaxpressonline.com
with any questions regarding sizes, quantities, composition, dimensions,
etc.
Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges:
1. In the event that the item to be returned fails to meet your expectations,
you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once we process your
return or exchange, you will be provided with a store credit or a refund
in the same form as the original payment for the amount of the purchased
item(s) excluding any shipping and/or handling
fees.
2. In the event that Moda Xpress has shipped an item(s) that was different
from your purchase on the original invoice, Moda Xpress will gladly
refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you
would like an exchange or a full refund if you would like to return
the item. Subject to the following: If UPS ground or FedEx ground is
used, full amount will be reimbursed. If Overnight, Priority, 2 day,
or 3 day services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged
for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit
or full refund, not the actual amount you spent.
3. Moda Xpress diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore,
damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will
be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the
item returned does not match the original condition, the buyer will
not receive any refund or store credit.
4. Please email support@modaxpressonline.com for an RMA number and
you will be provided with our shipping address.
