  1. Do you have a catalog?
    • Currently, Moda Xpress does not offer a catalog. All of our merchandise is available online and is updated weekly.
  2. Do you carry men’s clothing?
    • No, unfortunately we do not carry men's clothing
  3. Do you accept phone orders?
    • Yes, you can call us at 1-866-500-MODA(6632) if you would like to process your order over the phone.
  4. Is this site secure?
    • Moda Xpress is protected by Verisign and Hackersafe, two of the world’s leading security and virus protection software companies today. www.modaxpressonline.com is tested daily for any viruses or hackers trying to infiltrate our system. We do not ask for any personal information such as birth date or Social Security, we only ask for name, email, and address. Moda Xpress does not store any credit card information to protect buyers against internet fraud and will never disclose your information to any third parties.
  5. Do you charge sales tax?
    • Sales tax will only be charged to Florida residents because Moda Xpress has a physical residence in Florida.
  6. Do you ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses?
    • Yes, we will gladly ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please refer to the shipping chart for prices.
  7. Do you sell wholesale?
    • Yes! You can purchase this exact merchandise for wholesale pricing on our website www.justwholesaleclothing.com. It is open stock and does not require the purchase of a pre-pack. To qualify for wholesale, the order must be a minimum of $200. For more details, please contact us at support@modaxpresssonline.com.
  8. How do I use a “Discount code?”
    • If you have been given a discount code, simply enter it into the “Discount Code” box in your shopping cart and then click on “Update” to see the amount discounted from your order. Then, simply checkout as you usually would and you will see your total at the last step of checkout before you click on “Complete” to process your order.
  9. Do the complete looks come with everything pictured?
    • Yes! The complete looks come with everything that you see in the picture including accessories. The price includes everything that you see in the complete outfit.
  10. Do I have to return the entire outfit if I only want to return part of it?
    • You can return anything you don’t like from the outfit and keep anything that you do like from the outfit. Simply email us with your name, order number, and what you would like to return, and we will provide you with an RMA form that will have the value of your return since items in a complete outfit are reduced in price since you’re buying a package.
  11. How do your sizes run?
    • Our clothes are junior sizes and therefore run similar to stores like Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, and Wet Seal. Size charts can be found here. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacture the clothes and thus some items might run differently from others. If the sizes on a particular item run smaller or larger than normal, it will be indicated in the description of the item.   12. What if the item I am looking for is no longer on the website?
    • That means that the item has been sold out and will no longer be in stock. We usually do not re-order old merchandise to keep the style new and fresh.
  13. How can I check on my order?
    • To check on the status of your order, simply log into your account and you will see your order starting with MXP marked as either Pending, Cancelled, Paid, or Shipped.
  14. Why isn’t my shipping address included in the Paid email notification?
    • The email only contains your billing address because that is the address that is run through the system to verify the order. You can log into your account and click on your order. You should see the shipping address on that order and that is where your order will be shipped to.
  15. What shipping method do you use?
    • We use UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship our packages.
  16. Can I get a tracking number for my order?
    • If your order is shipped with UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email from UPS. However, if your order is shipped with USPS, you can contact us for a delivery confirmation number. However, please keep in mind that USPS does not provide up to the minute tracking information like UPS does. It is basically a delivery confirmation that will let you know when the package is in your state, when it is delivered or if it was attempted to be delivered and is being held at the post office.
  17. How long does shipping take?
    • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless there is a problem with the address and the buyer cannot be reached. Standard shipping usually takes about 4-8 business days, up to 10 business days and Priority shipping usually takes about 2-3 business days, up to 5 business days.   18. Do you ship international orders?
    • Currently, we only ship to Canada and the US. However, if you would like your order shipped to a different country other than the US and Canada, please put the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart and then click on “Save” to save your order. Then, contact us so that we can provide you with a shipping cost for your order.
  19. Does the Free Shipping for orders over $100 apply to Canada orders too?
    • No, unfortunately, the free shipping promotion applied only to US orders. It does not apply to APO/AP addresses. For shipping rates on orders to Canada, please click here.
  20. I am in the US and my order is over $100, why did I get charged for shipping?
    • If your order is over $100 and your shipping address is in the US, you will see the option of “Free Ground Shipping” on the page where you enter your credit card information. Please make sure that you choose that option so that you are not charged for shipping. If you already processed your order and got charged for shipping, please contact us and we will return the amount in store credit in your account.
  21. What is your return policy?
    • To read our return policy, please click here. In summary, we will accept all returns, excluding clearance and accessories, for a full refund, store credit, or exchange as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Ask for an RMA form and one will be emailed to you. Simply include it with your package to the address in the email and we will contact you once we receive the return. If you have any particular questions regarding your return, please contact us at support@modaxpressonline.com.
  22. How do I get an RMA form to return an item?
    • To request an RMA form, simply email us at support@modaxpressonline.com and include your name, order number, what you are returning, and whether you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange. You will receive a response with an RMA form that will be filled out for you. Simply include the RMA form with your package to the address in the email. Once your package is received, you will be contacted via email.
  23. How does an exchange work?
    • Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, a store credit in the amount of the return will be added to your account and you will be notified via email so that you can choose a new item with the store credit. The store credit will automatically be applied to your next order.
  24. What is the difference between store credit and refund?
    • A store credit is applied to your account with us at www.modaxpressonline.com. It never expires and is automatically deducted from your next order. A refund is a credit back to your payment card or to your paypal account, whichever was the payment method. However, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  25. How do I use my store credit?
    • A store credit will be applied automatically to your next order. Simply log into your account and you will see a text in red letters that states the amount that you have in store credit and that it will be applied to your next order. Basically, the store credit will be automatically taken off your next order. You will see this amount applied to your order at the last step of checkout after you submit your credit card information but before you click on “Complete” order.
  26. When will I receive my refund?
    • Once we receive your return, it takes up to 15 days for the return to be processed and for the card to be refunded. You will receive an email from Authorize.net with the details of the refund and from Moda Xpress Customer Service with a confirmation ID number.
  27. Do you take debit cards and/or checks?
    • Yes, you can process debit cards and checks through Paypal. Please do not send checks by mail.

  29. How do I pay with a money order?
    • To pay with a money order, simply email us at support@modaxpressonline.com with your order so that we can put it on hold when you send in the money order. Please make it payable to Moda Xpress and send to:
