- If you run into an error or your card is declined, your order will be marked as "Incomplete Order".
- When making a payment, your credit card will be charged once you submit the payment and it has been confirmed. In the event that there will be a problem with processing your credit card, you will receive an Error message immediately after submitting your order and will have another opportunity to enter in a different credit card.
- You will have an option to resubmit payment using a different card or a different payment method.

Paying with PayPal:
- After you click on "Complete" on the last step of the checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout page.
- You can then pay with PayPal's payment methods including your PayPal account, credit card, or e-check.
- You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.
Paying with a Money Order or Cashier's Check:
- Email Customer Service with the items that you would like to purchase using a money order or cashier's check.
- Notify Customer Service of when you intend on sending in the Money Order or Cashier's Check and once it is in the mail.
- You are given a 7 day grace period to send in the Money Order or Cashier's Check.
- If we do not receive the Money Order or Cashier's Check within that time frame, your order will be cancelled.
